Fat Loss Improvement Program

The FLIP is a training course that is run over 6 weeks, an hour a week, to give you information on how to improve your fat loss. It is primarily focused on nutrition and it’s effects on health, performance, immunity and body fat, but also has a section on exercise. Each week builds on the previous one, so that by the end of the course you will have the tools and information required to help you attain your fat loss goals.

The first running of the course will take place starting on Friday 23rd March at 19:30 in the Marathon Fitness TRX centre in Eden House, Redmond Road, Wexford – see Marathon Fitness. The cost of the course is €99, with an early bird price of €79 if ordered by 16th March. The centre is run by Jason Kehoe, and you can contact Jason on 086 154 6798.
