I really like raw vegetable juicing as a way of getting much needed nutrition and nourishment into the body as quickly as possible, and with as little digestive effort required as possible. However, it's hard to get much in the way of healthy fats and proteins from raw vegetable juice, and that's where green smoothies come in.

Healthy Sweets?

I first starting raw vegetable juicing in 1999. I had started experimenting with vitamin supplements to treat my acne, and I was getting results. This raised a question - why was I not getting enough of the required vitamins from the food I ate?
